Biography

John Perks is an artist and student currently enrolled at Rutgers University Camden as an animation major set to graduate in May 2023. Born in Medford NJ, John has been creating art for longer than he can remember. After graduating from Shawnee High School in 2019, John enrolled at Rutgers University Camden where he discovered a passion for computer animation and 3D graphics that would define the next four years of his life. John has spent his time at Rutgers Camden rigorously developing his 3D and 2D artistic skills. John’s work often features macabre and dark imagery combined with a focus on human anatomy and form.
